  • Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
  • Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
  • Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
  • We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started
  • No pets allowed.
  • There is some construction noise in the area due to new buildings. There is no timeframe of completion of these works, however they only work to legal time guidelines set by the Victorian government.
  • Guests ‘ comfort is our priority and we welcome guests to use property appliances and equipment. Our aircon is modern and has a good sound rating and kept a reasonable distance from others. However, there are elderly neighbours who are highly sensitive about the sound of air compressor at night. We had a notice from the council regarding prohibited hours for using aircon in VIC.
  • Monday to Friday before 7 am and after 11 pm. Weekends and public holidays before 9 am and after 11 pm.
  • During a heat health alert, you can use your air conditioner at any time.
  • We conduct regular service checks on aircon to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Alternatively, we have extra blanks/duvets for guests for cold days.
